In this Herne Bay house refurb, I designed the new exterior joinery to the living and dining areas; designed and supplied new window seat, squab and cushions; designed and supplied new fireside entertainment cabinetry, and the marble fireplace surround and hearth; developed lighting plans for living, dining and kitchen areas; and I gave advice on window treatments and items of furniture.

An interview in Dwell magazine on my collaboration on the Devonport House by Michael O’Sullivan.
This bathroom measures 1.8m x 1.8m, plus the shower bay. Everything had to be considered for maximum impact. Because the pattern of the marble is so strong, we had to choose fittings that were simple but strong so the pattern of the marble didn’t dominate.

I was lucky enough to work with this lovely family when they purchased a home in Beachlands that was in dire need of furniture and soft furnishings to give it character, texture and warmth. It was a delight to whip out there when it was being photographed for the magazine with one or two special things for the day.
